The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thigpen Jr tries to clinch up.

Hogan is looking to clinch but Thigpen Jr is avoiding it.

Thigpen Jr tries to keep at a distance but Hogan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Thigpen Jr misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hogan.
Thigpen Jr takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Taylor Thigpen Jr has been cut.
Hogan lands an elbow inside that Thigpen Jr shrugs off.
Thigpen Jr jumps guard but Hogan stands there with Thigpen Jr around his waist. Thigpen Jr gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hogan lands an elbow that stopped Thigpen Jr in his tracks for a moment.
