Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robert Eichstaedt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Cowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eichstaedt comes to the cage accompanied by Klaxons- Gravity Rainbow. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robert Eichstaedt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Cowen!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eichstaedt takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Eichstaedt throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cowen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Cowen drives through and clinches with Eichstaedt against the cage.
Eichstaedt blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Cowen manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Cowen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Eichstaedt defends well.

Cowen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
