The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valdez keeps the fight on the outside.
Valdez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Price circles away.

Price closes the distance and clinches up with Valdez, looking for a takedown. Price pushes Valdez against the cage but Valdez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Price throws a hook to the side of Valdez's head but Valdez sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Valdez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Price pinned against the cage. Price gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Price gets to his feet - Valdez follows without any prompting.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Frank Valdez will probably get the nod.

Frank Valdez overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Price goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Valdez turns into him and now he's in Price's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Eric Price.
