The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Colaiuta closes the distance and clinches.
Colaiuta tries to land a knee to the head but Phelps blocks with his arms.
Colaiuta slowing the pace effectively.
Phelps wants a takedown.
Phelps is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Colaiuta is defending well for now.

Colaiuta pulls Phelps into guard.
Colaiuta controlling the position.
Colaiuta keeping moving, preventing Phelps from controlling successfully.
Phelps throws and elbow that misses. Colaiuta uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Phelps's guard. Nice move by Colaiuta!

Colaiuta is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Phelps has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Colaiuta is looking to defend but Phelps has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Colaiuta! Phelps pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Colaiuta taps out and this one is all over!
