The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeCacque lands a really nice looking cross but Bryant seems unphased.

Bryant closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming LeCacque to the mat! LeCacque manages to get full guard.

Bryant drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bryant jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

LeCacque throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bryant escapes and throws LeCacque's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Bryant wants to control but LeCacque is keeping him busy.

LeCacque parries the strikes from Bryant easily there. Bryant is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable LeCacque to escape.

LeCacque is looking to regain half guard here but Bryant keeps moving and retains side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
