The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Edwards scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ino is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Edwards is looking to take a break and control but Ino is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Ino pushes Edwards off looking to stand but Edwards dives back in and keeps control.
Ino taking some punishment here, with Edwards in his half guard.
Edwards tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ino knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Edwards connects with a nice short shot to Ino's temple.

Ino kicks Edwards off and gets back to his feet.
Edwards closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ino circles away.
Ino throws a sloppy head kick and Edwards moves out of range easily.
Ino looks gassed!

Ino closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ino lands in his opponent's guard.

Ino is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Edwards has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ino is looking to defend but Edwards has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ino! Edwards pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ino taps out and this one is all over!
