The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calhoun throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salcedo's waist but Salcedo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Calhoun off to one side.
Calhoun shoots in for a double leg but Salcedo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Salcedo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Look low, kick high! Salcedo uses the oldest trick in the book to send Calhoun tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Salcedo is absolutely delighted - when Calhoun wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
