Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Jalandoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soeren Lindstroem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jalandoni comes to the cage accompanied by Koro. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindstroem cracks the inside of Jalandoni's front leg.

Jalandoni looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Lindstroem wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Lindstroem has his foot on Jalandoni's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jalandoni works his way back into a safe position though.

Lindstroem working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jalandoni doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jalandoni manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Jalandoni drops back looking for a leg! Lindstroem is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lindstroem manages to kick Jalandoni off! Jalandoni jumps back into Lindstroem's guard.

Lindstroem is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jalandoni defends well.

Jalandoni drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lindstroem looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lindstroem looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lindstroem!
Jalandoni is looking to reverse the position.
Jalandoni is working hard here to advance position.
Jalandoni manages to get back to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Jalandoni makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jalandoni.

Lindstroem stands up from Jalandoni's guard - Lindstroem perhaps looking for a knockout.

Jalandoni decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Jalandoni is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Lindstroem is looking to control Jalandoni's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lindstroem avoid being mounted?
Lindstroem is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Jalandoni is staying active.

Jalandoni is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Lindstroem is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
