Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Valentin Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimmo Kivipaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berg uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kivipaa.
Berg throws a nice inside leg kick.
Berg slips a jab from Kivipaa.
Berg throws a head kick but Kivipaa moves out of range.
Berg looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kivipaa lands a nice shot that snaps Berg's head back.

Berg cracks Kivipaa with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Berg has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kivipaa to stand back up!

Kivipaa is rocked!

It looks like Kimmo Kivipaa has been cut.
Berg shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kivipaa defends it nicely.
Kivipaa is still on wobbly legs! Can Berg finish him?
Berg misses with a head kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Berg. That's going to slow Kivipaa down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Berg throws a sloppy head kick and Kivipaa moves out of range easily.
Kivipaa seems to have recovered his senses.
Kivipaa throws a shot to the body.
Berg takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kivipaa blocks a head kick by Berg.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A head kick misses from Berg.
Berg looks for the body kick but Kivipaa saw that one coming.
Kivipaa takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Berg takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Berg walks into a stiff left hand from Kivipaa.

Berg lands a big head kick that sends Kivipaa tumbling to the mat! Berg takes a step backwards and waves Kivipaa back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Berg throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kivipaa's waist but Kivipaa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Berg off to one side.
Berg is breathing heavily.
Berg drops Kivipaa with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kivipaa! Berg dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
