Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Gump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gump throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Torres was covering up waiting for the punch and Gump finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Bubba Gump showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Gump goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gump shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Torres but Torres pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Gump looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Gump looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Torres with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Gump seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Gump is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Torres moves into full guard.
Gump makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Torres wants to stand and escape but Gump is having none of it.
Gump has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gump moves into range and clinches up with Torres.
Torres is trying to break the clinch but Gump is controlling him.

Gump's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Gump has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Torres is trying to keep an underhook but Gump manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Torres tries to get to full guard but Gump has control of the leg.

Bubba Gump is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
