Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Hare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimmy Hare will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux shoots for a takedown but Hare saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dux shoots in looking for a takedown. Hare tries to sprawl out of it but Dux keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hare manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hare shoots in for a double leg but Dux sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Dux shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hare on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Dux is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hare doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dux.

Hare is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dux pulls his head out easily.

Dux is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hare is just riding it out for now. Dux eventually gives up the hold.

Dux is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hare sees it coming and defends easily.
Dux prevents Hare from standing back up.

Dux is trying to work for a kimura but Hare is defending well.

Dux wants to work for an arm triangle but Hare is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dux looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dux is thwarting Hare's attempts to control the position.
Dux working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
