Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dan Bross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Stull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bross might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gangstarr - Who Got Gunz. Stull has chosen Numb/Encore by Linkin Park & Jay-Z as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Andrew Stull enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Bross!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Stull!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stull shoots in for a double leg but Bross sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Nice takedown defense from Bross. No joy for Stull on that attempt.
Stull tries to clinch but Bross is having none of it.
Stull tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bross paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Stull moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A combination from Stull does no damage.
Bross throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stull stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Stull tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bross swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stull tries to clinch there but Bross circles away.
Bross lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bross cracks Stull with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Good exchange - Bross coming out on top.
Bross circles away from the clinch attempt.
Stull fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bross lands a nice shot that snaps Stull's head back.
Stull steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Bross. That one must have hurt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bross moves away from the strike by Stull.
Stull misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Bross counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Stull tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Bross makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Stull looks gassed!
Bross circles away from the clinch attempt

and Bross counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Stull trying to control from the bottom.

Stull is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bross pulls his head out easily.
Well, if Bross is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Bross tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stull knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Bross has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Bross's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Stull is looking to escape.
Bross controlling the action here.
Stull wants to get back to his feet.
Stull controlling the position for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Bross dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Bross is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Stull's shoulder. That is not cool.
Stull wants to control but Bross postures up.
Stull is trying to get back to his feet.
Stull tries to control but Bross manages to take his back.
Stull trying to control the hands but Bross breaks the grip.
Stull wants to escape the position.
Stull is breathing heavily.
Bross is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Dan Bross just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Stull closes the distance but Bross moves to the side

and Bross counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Stull goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bross prevents it.
Bross pushes off an throws an elbow but Stull leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bross takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Well Bross has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
