Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seppo Kova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collins comes into the arena with Eminerm - Lose Yourself blaring out of the sound system. Kova has chosen Jääkärimarssi as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Seppo Kova enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kova tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Collins swivels and escapes.
Kova tries to score a power double leg takedown but Collins sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kova somewhat.
Kova tries to close the distance and clinch but Collins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Collins throws a series of punches but Kova avoids them all with ease.
Kova looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Robert Collins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seppo Kova.
Kova tries to close the distance and clinch up but Collins swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kova throws a leg kick but Collins sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kova throws a low kick, looking for Collins's leg but Collins calmly moves out of range.
Kova is looking to score with low kicks.
Kova fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Collins's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Collins duly obliges.

Kova tries to clinch but Collins is having none of it.

Kova gets a takedown into half guard.
Kova not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Kova prevents Collins from standing back up.
Collins trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Kova thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Collins is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Kova thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Collins's head.
Kova thows a huge punch but Collins dodges it nicely.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Collins with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Collins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kova shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Collins pinned against the cage. Collins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Collins swats away the attempt to clinch by Kova.
Kova is looking to clinch but Collins is avoiding it.
Kova shoots for a double leg takedown but Collins sprawls well. He's pushed Kova's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kova misses with a leg kick.
Kova will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kova shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Collins as he avoids it easily.

Collins punishes Kova's body with a nice straight punch.
Kova looks gassed!
Kova takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Kova takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Kova has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Collins finds it's way round the side to connect with Kova's head.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Collins!
Kova throws a chopping leg kick but Collins manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Danga de danga de dang - Collins scores with a four punch combination!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd cheers as Collins lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kova doesn't seem phased though.
Collins connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Kova tumbling to the canvas! Collins pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Kova was done - good stoppage!
