The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Franklin.
Bones on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Franklin lands a head kick. Bones smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Franklin lands a nice shot that snaps Bones's head back.
Franklin throws a low kick but Bones avoids it.
Nice straight punches there by Franklin. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Franklin.
Bones tries to score a power double leg takedown but Franklin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bones somewhat.
Franklin throws a jab when Bones was well out of range.
Franklin throws a lazy right hand but Bones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bones looks for a takedown but Franklin sprawls well.
Franklin misses with a straight left.
Franklin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Franklin bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bones's head.
Franklin scores with a sloppy right hand. Bones should have avoided that one.
Franklin tries a head kick but it misses.
Franklin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bones could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Franklin throws a shot from downtown. Bones moves away and avoids it.

Franklin tries a head kick but it misses.
Bones moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Franklin stuffs the takedown.

Bones shoots in for a takedown but Franklin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
