Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Guti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Augustus Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cole gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Cole breaks from the clinch.
Guti avoids a punch combination nicely.

Cole shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Cole prevents Guti from improving his position.
Cole tries to stand and escape but Guti is controlling the position.
Cole is taking a breather. Guti says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Guti wants to control but Cole is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Cole is nestled in close to Guti, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Cole is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Guti is just riding it out for now. Cole eventually gives up the hold.
Guti is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Cole lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Cole slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Cole would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Guti had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Cole is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Guti Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Cole's back instead.

Guti is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Cole is defending well though. Guti let's go of the attempt for now.

Guti is cranking Cole's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Cole! He's tightened the choke and Cole is tapping out!
