Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Motta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kent Trailer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trailer comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Seether kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motta throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

A slow jab from Motta misses its intended target.
Trailer misses with a kick to the body.
Trailer throws a head kick that misses.
Motta shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Trailer pinned against the cage. Trailer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Motta throws a jab when Trailer was well out of range.

Trailer not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Motta is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Trailer defends well.

Motta had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Trailer is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Motta Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Trailer's back instead.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Trailer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Motta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
