Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sponge Bob Squarepants!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cou moves into range and connects with a jab.
Cou lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Sponge Bob Squarepants has been cut.
The fighters circling - Cou throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Squarepants fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cou avoids it really well and circles away.
Left hook, right uppercut from Cou.
Squarepants looks gassed!
Cou dips to his left and cracks Squarepants with an uppercut!
Cou lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cou drops Squarepants with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Squarepants looks back up at him and smiles so Cou waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Squarepants is rocked!
Cou connects with a superb combination that knocks Squarepants out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Cou before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Squarepants!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). San Cou!
