Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Utah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Syd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Syd is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Poisen. Don Syd is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonny Utah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Don Syd!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Syd.
Syd fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Utah manages to avoid it.
Utah tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Utah stuffs the takedown.
Syd circles away from the clinch attempt.
Utah goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Don Syd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Utah fails with an attempt to clinch.
Utah misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Utah does no damage.
Syd shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Utah as he avoids it easily.
Jonny Utah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Syd.
Syd throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Utah.
Utah throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Syd colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Utah as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Syd is left battered and dazed whilst Utah and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jonny Utah!
