Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jin Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gurton AHISP (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jin Kim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gurton AHISP!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

AHISP gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kim to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kim trying to control the position from guard on top but AHISP is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
AHISP is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kim wants to control from the top but AHISP keeps moving.
Kim working some strikes from top position.
Kim lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

AHISP has his foot on Kim's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kim works his way back into a safe position though.

Kim stays in close to AHISP's body and controls the position.

Kim works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Kim throwing shots but AHISP is blocking nicely.
AHISP keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
AHISP is not content to let Kim control the position.

Kim thows a huge punch but AHISP dodges it nicely.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kim lands a nice short elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ground and pound from Kim.
Kim working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Kim thows a huge punch but AHISP dodges it nicely.
AHISP tries to get to full guard but Kim has control of the leg.
Kim looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks AHISP with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kim throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kim wants to take a breather but AHISP is having none of it.

AHISP looking for submissions off his back.
Kim is looking to take a break and control but AHISP is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
AHISP is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kim scores with a couple of nice shots.
Kim lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Kim sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. AHISP defending well though.
Kim landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Kim working over AHISP with some ground and pound. AHISP looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Kim is sneakily working for an arm triangle but AHISP sees it coming and defends easily.
Kim wants to free his trapped foot but AHISP is holding on for dear life with his legs.

AHISP on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
AHISP won't allow Kim to pass to mount.
Kim lands with a punch from half guard.
Kim working over AHISP with some ground and pound. AHISP looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
AHISP on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Kim wants to take a breather but AHISP is having none of it.
Kim is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
AHISP looks gassed!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

AHISP is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kim pulls his head out easily.
Kim passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for AHISP!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

AHISP uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kim.

and Kim counters by moving into the clinch.

Kim works his way into full mount!
Kim cracks AHISP with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Kim can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as AHISP is looking to escape.
AHISP tries to lock up and control but Kim gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
AHISP is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kim raining down shots from the mount!
Kim lands with some strikes.
Kim landing strikes from the mount.
AHISP gets back to half guard.
Kim is looking to take a break and control but AHISP is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kim connects with a nice short shot to AHISP's temple.

AHISP is looking to control Kim's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can AHISP avoid being mounted?
Kim uses his free foot to push down on AHISP's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for AHISP.
Kim tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
BOOM! Kim connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Kim looking to isolate an arm here. AHISP doesn't see it coming and as Kim extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Kim!
