Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between The Physcotic Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Meyers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mick Meyers was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assassin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Meyers.
Meyers throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Assassin fails with a takedown attempt.
Meyers throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Assassin sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A head kick misses from Meyers.
Meyers misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Meyers misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Meyers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Assassin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Assassin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Meyers sprawls well. Meyers wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Assassin gets slowly back to his feet.
Meyers swinging wilding here.
Meyers swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Assassin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Assassin throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Assassin trying to control the action but Meyers is working from the bottom.

Assassin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Meyers, who protects the arm well.
Meyers defending against the ground and pound.
Assassin tries to move into full mount but can't pass Meyers's legs.
Assassin working the ground and pound but Meyers is defending the strikes.

Assassin is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Meyers has escaped the position, nice work there.
Assassin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Meyers keeps working.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Assassin fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Physcotic Assassin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Assassin checks the leg kick.
Assassin slips under a jab from Meyers.
Meyers fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Meyers!

Assassin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Meyers tries to avoid it but Assassin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Meyers to the ground. Meyers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Meyers connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Meyers punishes Assassin's body with a nice straight punch.
Assassin is breathing heavily.
Meyers tries to clinch but Assassin is having none of it.
Meyers thows a body shot but no joy.
Meyers lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Meyers misses with a two punch combination.
Meyers connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Assassin tumbling to the canvas! Meyers pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Assassin was done - good stoppage!
