Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo AbbottSlice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tenaka Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takahashi has chosen Get Down - Captain Tinrib as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
AbbottSlice connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Takahashi momentarily.
Takahashi looks to land a combination but AbbottSlice avoids it well.
A punch combination from Takahashi misses.
Takahashi misses with a wild combination.
AbbottSlice thows a left - swing and a miss!

AbbottSlice darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
AbbottSlice throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Takahashi gets full guard.
AbbottSlice trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
AbbottSlice trying to control but Takahashi is working from the bottom.
AbbottSlice has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Takahashi is proving hard to escape from.

Takahashi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Takahashi wants to control the pace but AbbottSlice is squirming around nicely.
AbbottSlice wants to control but Takahashi is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
AbbottSlice is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Takahashi trying to control but AbbottSlice is having none of it.
AbbottSlice wants to control but Takahashi is having none of it.
AbbottSlice regains half guard.
Takahashi prevents AbbottSlice from improving his position.
Takahashi tries to stand but his hand is stuck under AbbottSlice.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
AbbottSlice wants to control but Takahashi is keeping busy.

AbbottSlice is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Takahashi is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
AbbottSlice is looking to improve his position.
Takahashi wants to stand up but AbbottSlice is controlling the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
AbbottSlice ducks right into an uppercut from Takahashi.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Takahashi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Takahashi misses with a two punch combination.
Takahashi misses with a head kick.
The fighters circle momentarily. AbbottSlice darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Takahashi lands a body shot.
AbbottSlice shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Takahashi as he avoids it easily.
Tenaka Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takahashi throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
AbbottSlice is breathing heavily.
Takahashi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Takahashi steps to the side to avoid the strikes from AbbottSlice.
Takahashi lands with a nice body kick.
Takahashi tries a head kick but it misses.
Takahashi ducks under a wild hook from AbbottSlice.
Takahashi lands a really nice looking cross but AbbottSlice seems unphased.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

A jab from AbbottSlice misses.
Takahashi looks to land a combination but AbbottSlice avoids it well.
Takahashi throws a right hand that AbbottSlice ducks under and follows up with a left that AbbottSlice also avoids with ease.
Takahashi slips a jab from AbbottSlice.
AbbottSlice misses with the combination.
AbbottSlice rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Takahashi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
AbbottSlice will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
AbbottSlice chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Takahashi can pounce on him.
Takahashi scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Kimbo AbbottSlice has been cut.

Takahashi drops AbbottSlice with a beautiful combination! AbbottSlice stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Takahashi is looking for the KO!

AbbottSlice is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A lazy left from Takahashi finds it's target.
Oh AbbottSlice is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
AbbottSlice walks straight into a right hand from Takahashi - that's dropped him! Takahashi jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save AbbottSlice from any more punishment! AbbottSlice complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
