The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocke throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Haven of Mist tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kim Haven of Mist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rocke has taken the fight to the clinch.
Haven of Mist lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Haven of Mist breaks from the clinch.
Rocke takes one on the button.
Haven of Mist lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

It looks like John Rocke has been cut.
Rocke shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Haven of Mist as he avoids it easily.
Rocke misses with a takedown attempt - Haven of Mist sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Rocke shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Haven of Mist but Haven of Mist pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Haven of Mist stalks Rocke and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rocke's face. Rocke staggers backwards, shaken.

John Rocke's cut is getting worse.
Haven of Mist thuds his right hand into Rocke's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Rocke. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

John Rocke's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Haven of Mist tries to close the distance and clinch but Rocke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Haven of Mist connects with a crisp jab.

Jeez, John Rocke's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Haven of Mist darts in and clinches Rocke up against the cage.
Rocke has Haven of Mist pressed against the cage, preventing Haven of Mist from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Haven of Mist breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rocke walks into a straight right hand from Haven of Mist.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at John Rocke's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
