Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between jeff quaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hit kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kid has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! jeff quaker looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, hit kid!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
quaker shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in kid's guard.
kid looks gassed!
quaker thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

quaker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
quaker drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. quaker seems to have locked his on tight now - kid screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for quaker, as he picks up the win!
