Kowaljow is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Moskau. Ivan Klityschko looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kowaljow is looking to score with low kicks.
Aliksandr Kowaljow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Klityschko looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A combination from Kowaljow does no damage.
Kowaljow clobbers Klityschko with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Ivan Klityschko has been cut.
Kowaljow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Klityschko.

Kowaljow cracks Klityschko with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Klityschko looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kowaljow finish him?

Klityschko seems to have got his legs back now.
Kowaljow drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Klityschko's head, knocking him out cold! Kowaljow is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
