Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Jobber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jason Jobber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Parker!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jobber has closed the distance and engaged Parker in a clinch.

It looks like Peter Parker has been cut.
Jobber using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Parker has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Come on Jobber - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Parker connects with a nice short shot to Jobber's temple.

Parker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jobber is just riding it out for now. Parker eventually gives up the hold.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Parker is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Parker is trying to control the action in half guard but Jobber is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Parker thows a huge punch but Jobber dodges it nicely.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Parker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jobber keeps working.

Parker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jobber has escaped the position, nice work there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Parker lands an elbow.
Jobber wants to get back to his feet but Parker drags him back down.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Parker counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Parker.
Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Jobber is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Parker is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Let's hope that Parker has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
