fisher is looking for a kimura but Balis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for fisher to get the leverage.

fisher is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Balis is just riding it out for now. fisher eventually gives up the hold.
Balis tries to kick fisher off but fisher keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Balis is looking for a sweep. fisher is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Balis looks gassed!

Balis pushes fisher off looking to stand but fisher dives back in and keeps control.
fisher keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Balis is looking to improve his position.
fisher is taking a breather. Balis says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Balis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with fisher. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Balis is trying to stand back up but fisher is controlling him

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
