The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Odinsson.
Odinsson is looking to take a break and control but Overeem is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Odinsson tries to score with some ground and pound. Overeem controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Overeem ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Overeem wants to clinch up but Odinsson keeps it at a distance.
