Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magnum P I (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demian Kang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kang has chosen Black Mass as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Kang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by P I.

P I buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
P I fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kang.
P I fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Kang sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Kang throws an overhand right that lands on P I's shoulder, as P I tries to avoid the shot.

Kang might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
P I ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kang moves away.

Kang takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

P I uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kang has time to react.

Kang throws a hook but P I blocks it.
P I smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
P I throws a body punch but Kang moves out of range.
Kang steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from P I. That one must have hurt.
P I lands a nice hook to Kang's body. Kang takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kang's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
P I throws a leg kick which misses Kang's front leg but catches the back leg as Kang tries to avoid it.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from P I. Kang shrugs it off though.

Kang needs to keep his hands up - P I had a free shot at his head there.

P I has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kang might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, P I has got the better of the exchanges.
