The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takimoto throws a right and a left that both miss.
Takimoto goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Takimoto misses with a two punch combination.
Takimoto lands with an overhand left.
The fight stays on the outside here - Potratz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A head kick misses from Potratz.
Potratz slips a straight right by Takimoto.
Takimoto throws a hook but Potratz avoids it easily.
Takimoto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Potratz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Takimoto takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Takimoto connects with a crisp jab.
Takimoto dips to his left and cracks Potratz with an uppercut!
Potratz moves away from the strike by Takimoto.
Takimoto lands a right hook to the body.
Takimoto lands a two punch combo.

Potratz fails in his attempt to clinch.
Takimoto swings for the body but Potratz moves out of range.
Takimoto lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Takimoto!
Takimoto scores with a sloppy right hand. Potratz should have avoided that one.
Takimoto misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Potratz showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Takimoto.
Potratz tries to clinch up.
Potratz is looking to clinch.
No joy there for Takimoto, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Takimoto walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Potratz checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Takimoto throws a looping overhand right but Potratz ducks down to avoid it.
A right-left combo lands from Takimoto.
Potratz ducks right into an uppercut from Takimoto.

Takimoto's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Takimoto duly obliges.

Potratz is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Takimoto cracks Potratz with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Potratz falls to his knees and Takimoto doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
