Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Focker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Focker will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Focker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wallace swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Focker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Wallace moves in looking to clinch but Focker pushes him off.

and Wallace decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Focker's guard.

Focker has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Wallace off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

and Wallace counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Focker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wallace paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wallace throws a nice looking combination but Focker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
