Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between tombstone terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and that guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). tombstone terry is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
terry clinches up against the cage.
terry unloads a knee to the mid-section.
terry with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
terry tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
terry prevents the takedown attempt.
terry connects with a nasty looking knee right to guy's face.
guy is working for takedown but terry is calmly controlling the position for now.
terry with an attempt at a knee that misses.
terry lands a good knee to the midsection. guy won't want to take too many of those.
terry stalling.
terry throws a knee to the head but misses.
terry has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but guy regains guard immediately.

guy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

terry darts in and clinches guy up against the cage.

guy prevents a takedown attempt there.

guy is keen to just control but terry is a slippery customer.

guy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
guy drops back, looking for a kneebar! terry looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. terry looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from terry!

guy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. terry swivels though and keeps the full guard.

terry will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
terry sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but guy is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
guy parries the strikes from terry easily there. terry is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable guy to escape.
guy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but terry wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
terry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

terry in side control lands a decent elbow.
terry decides to stand up, so the ref orders guy to his feet.
guy tries to close the distance and clinch up but terry swats him away and circles back towards the center.

terry pushes guy up against the cage in a clinch.
guy has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. terry avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
guy tries to pull guard but terry won't allow it.
guy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but terry gets the underhooks and prevents it.

terry wants the takedown. guy is fighting it off but terry persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in guy's guard against the cage.

terry sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed guy's guard.
terry looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks guy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

terry thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
guy flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
guy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
terry lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

terry is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and guy reverses the position - he's now on top in terry's guard.

guy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

guy seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

guy is trying to control the action in half guard but terry is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

terry tries to push off, looking to stand up, but guy manages to move to mount!

guy looking to finish terry with some ground and pound. This is bad for terry!
terry looks very frustrated and is flailing away with strikes from the bottom. His corner are telling him to stay calm.
terry wants to control but guy is having none of it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

terry looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
terry is trying to get back to his feet but guy has full control of the position and if anything, terry has just worked his way into a worse spot.
guy lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
guy lands a shot to the body.
guy working for a choke but terry is defending well.
guy is trying to stick to terry's back but terry is turning into guy. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in guy's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by terry.
