Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Matsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borje Cuba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuki misses with a hook. Cuba ducked under it nicely.
Matsuki throws a shot from downtown. Cuba moves away and avoids it.
Igor Matsuki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Matsuki lunges at Cuba with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cuba's hand.

Cuba shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Cuba shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Cuba fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Cuba is going olschool here, as he tries to force Matsuki to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Matsuki shrugs it off.
Cuba unloads with some shots from mount but Matsuki bucks and avoids them well.
Matsuki really wants to buck Cuba off and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cuba lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Cuba should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Matsuki's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Matsuki looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out!
