PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Cling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cling comes to the cage accompanied by Indistructable. Harper has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Mitch Cling looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harper gets caught flat footed, as Cling shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Cling thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Harper trying to keep a closed guard but Cling is proving a slippery customer.
Cling trying to control but Harper is working from the bottom.
Cling is looking to work some ground and pound but Harper has wrist control.
Harper wants to sweep here but Cling controlling him for the moment.
Harper looks gassed!
Cling pushing down on Harper's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Harper is trying to maintain the position but Cling is very close to passing his half guard.
Harper is looking to improve his position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Harper moves in looking to clinch but Cling pushes him off.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cling stalks Harper and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Harper's face. Harper staggers backwards, shaken.

Cling feints and as Harper raises his hands in defense, Cling changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cling passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Harper tries to improve position but can't.
Harper gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Harper is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Cling works his foot free and advances to mount.
Cling manages to capitalize on a mistake by Harper to take his back!
Cling biding his time, controlling Harper.

Harper won't enjoy being in this position. Cling looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Harper is tapping - it's over boys! Cling picks up the submission victory!
