Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gunnar Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aries Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson comes to the cage accompanied by Another One Bites the Dust. The crowd seem to be enjoying Santos's choice of entrance music: Oh Lets Do it by waka flocka flame. Gunnar Nelson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson moves in looking to clinch but Santos pushes him off.
Santos looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Santos throws a sloppy head kick and Nelson moves out of range easily.

Nelson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Nelson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Gunnar Nelson just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Nelson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Nelson in particular looking to stall.
Nelson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Nelson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Santos for as long as he can get away with.
Santos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nelson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
