Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Filipe Melo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arashi Yamada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Arashi Yamada!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamada lands a nice shot that snaps Melo's head back.
Yamada throws a body punch but Melo moves out of range.
No luck for Melo with that takedown attempt.
Yamada throws a jab when Melo was well out of range.
Yamada throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Yamada misses with an uppercut.
Melo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yamada.
Yamada swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Melo.
Melo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yamada swivels and escapes.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Melo.

Yamada just misses with a punch to the body.

Yamada lands with a hook. Melo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Yamada throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Yamada looks to land a right hand but Melo moved out of range.
Yamada throws a hook to the side of Melo's head but Melo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Melo has a takedown stuffed.
Yamada throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Melo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Yamada swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Yamada lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Melo looks for a takedown but Yamada sprawls well.
A jab from Yamada misses.
Yamada circles away from the clinch attempt.

Melo takes the fight into the clinch.
Melo keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Yamada's efforts to push away.
Yamada wants to break free but Melo has control.

Yamada is trying to force a seperation but Melo has the dominant position.
Melo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Yamada walks away with a smile on his face. Melo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Arashi Yamada is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Melo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Melo tries to clinch up but Yamada circles away and keeps his distance.
Melo feints and then cracks Yamada's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Yamada down.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Melo.
Yamada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Melo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Melo tries to clinch but Yamada is having none of it.
Melo is looking to clinch.
Arashi Yamada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Melo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Yamada pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Melo gets the takedown into side control.
Melo trying to control the action but Yamada is working from the bottom.
Yamada tries to escape but Melo is in control.
Yamada really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Melo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Melo in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Yamada is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
