Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Eldred!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eldred drives through with a takedown into guard.

Anderson is looking for a triangle but Eldred pushes his legs off easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Anderson seems a little lost for a moment, as Eldred dominates the positioning.

Anderson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Anderson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Eldred is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Eldred trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Anderson wants to control from the top but Eldred keeps moving.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Anderson shoots in for a double leg but Eldred sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Anderson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eldred avoids it really well and circles away.
