Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roger Bingham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Budgell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Budgell shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bingham as he jumps to the side.
Budgell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Budgell lands an elbow.
Bingham is looking for a sweep.
Bingham is not content to let Budgell control the position.

Budgell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bingham is looking to regain half guard here but Budgell keeps moving and retains side control.

Bingham is breathing heavily.
Budgell advances to full mount.
Bingham tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Budgell presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Budgell takes Bingham's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Bingham is in trouble.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bingham is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Bingham breaks Budgell's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Budgell lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bingham!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Budgell wants to control the pace but Bingham is squirming around nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Budgell trying to control but Bingham is having none of it.
Bingham has left one of his arms exposed and Budgell doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Bingham screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
