Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Simon Simpson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Len Orton!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson tries a low kick but Orton avoids it.
Simpson digs a good hook to Orton's body.
Simpson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Orton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Orton throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Orton connects with a single shot there.
Simpson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Orton lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Simpson backs up against the cage.

Orton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Simpson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Orton pulls his head out easily.
Orton thows a huge punch but Simpson dodges it nicely.
Simpson is not content to let Orton control the position.
Simpson is looking to control Orton's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Simpson avoid being mounted?
Simpson has a hand on Orton's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Orton takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

That's one minute gone in the round.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Orton cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Orton is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Simpson can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Orton lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Simpson is rocked!
Orton cracks Simpson with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
