Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barney Stinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brunoo Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stinson's entrance music is made in thailand. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stinson instigates a clinch.
Xavier tries for a takedown but Stinson manages to get underhooks.
Stinson has had enough of the clinch but Xavier keeps him there for the moment.
Stinson gets underhooks to prevent Xavier's takedown attempt.
Xavier wants a takedown but no success here.
Barney Stinson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brunoo Xavier.
Stinson jumps guard but Xavier stands there with Stinson around his waist. Stinson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Stinson lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Xavier wants the takedown. Stinson is fighting it off but Xavier persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Stinson's guard against the cage.
Xavier drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Stinson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Xavier has Stinson in his guard.
Xavier is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stinson defends well.
Xavier escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stinson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stinson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Xavier looks gassed!

Stinson wants to get up but he can't break Xavier's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Stinson trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Xavier working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stinson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stinson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Xavier wants to sweep but no luck.

Stinson is looking to stand up but Xavier won't let him.
Xavier is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Xavier looking for a guillotine here but Stinson defends easily.
Xavier has a closed guard, preventing Stinson from standing up.

Stinson is sitting in close to Xavier's body. Xavier has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Stinson is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Stinson is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Xavier.
