Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stink Wrestlehard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ran D Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture lunges at Wrestlehard with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wrestlehard's hand.
Couture lands with a shot to the body.
Couture stuffs the takedown attempt from Wrestlehard. Wrestlehard gets slowly back to his feet.

Wrestlehard closes the distance and clinches up with Couture, looking for a takedown. Wrestlehard pushes Couture against the cage but Couture circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Couture decides to stand and escape the position.

I looks like Couture might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Wrestlehard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Couture can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Wrestlehard had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Couture is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wrestlehard Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Couture's back instead.
Wrestlehard is trying to stick to Couture's back but Couture is turning into Wrestlehard. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Wrestlehard's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Couture.
Wrestlehard is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Stink Wrestlehard has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Wrestlehard looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Couture has picked Wrestlehard up and slammed him! Wrestlehard can't keep hold of the triangle and Couture manages to pass to side control!

Let's hope that Couture has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well Couture has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
