Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Beckett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Syd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Syd is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Poisen. Don Syd is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Syd has a takedown stuffed.
Beckett stuffs the takedown attempt from Syd. Syd gets slowly back to his feet.
Beckett stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Don Syd has been cut.
Beckett tries to close the distance and clinch up but Syd swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Syd.
Thomas Beckett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Syd.
Beckett scores with a body shot.
Beckett lands a nice looking body shot.
Syd looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Syd takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Syd avoids a punch combination nicely.
Beckett cracks Syd with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Syd tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Beckett pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Syd is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
