Nazarett has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. penn is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Jason penn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
penn misses with a low kick.
penn is breathing heavily.
Nazarett fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nazarett shoots in but penn avoids the takedown attempt easily.
penn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nazarett moves away from the strike by penn.

Nazarett gets the takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Nazarett has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Nazarett shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with penn but penn pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nazarett looks to land a combination but penn avoids it well.
Nazarett shoots in for a takedown but penn shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jason penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcello Nazarett.
penn avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nazarett throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! penn crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
