Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Loop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Usko Toivoton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toivoton is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: O Fortuna. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loop shoots for a takedown but Toivoton saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Loop throws a head kick that misses.

Loop changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Toivoton looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Toivoton is looking to reverse the position.
Loop tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Loop working away.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Toivoton can do anything to dispel that myth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Loop wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toivoton keeps working.
Toivoton tries to buck Loop off but Loop is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Loop feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Toivoton wants to sweep here but Loop controlling him for the moment.
Toivoton is trying to hold Loop in close to prevent damage but Loop has managed to pass into half guard.
Loop has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Toivoton wants to control but Loop is keeping busy.

Loop keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Toivoton's head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Loop drops back looking for a leg! Toivoton is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Toivoton manages to kick Loop off! Loop jumps back into Toivoton's guard.
Loop is breathing heavily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Loop shoots in but Toivoton avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Toivoton throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Toivoton seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Loop does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Toivoton seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Toivoton wants to take a breather but Loop is having none of it.
Toivoton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Loop with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Toivoton is nestled in close to Loop, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
