Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smirnov with a jab.
Hickey ducks under a wild hook from Smirnov.
Hickey shoots in for a takedown but Smirnov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hickey.

Smirnov drops Hickey with a beautiful combination! Hickey stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Smirnov is looking for the KO!

It looks like Randy Hickey has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smirnov loads up on a big right hand but Hickey slips the punch.
Hickey shoots in and drives through. Smirnov sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Hickey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Smirnov leaves Hickey with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Smirnov scores with a punch to the head.

Smirnov cracks Hickey with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hickey looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Smirnov finish him?

Hickey is rocked!
Horrible takedown by Hickey or perhaps it was just good defense by Smirnov which made him look bad.
Hickey is breathing heavily.
Hickey fails to land the takedown.

Hickey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Smirnov tries to bum rush Hickey with a series of wild strikes but Hickey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Boris Smirnov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Smirnov scores with a hook.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Smirnov feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hickey sprawling to the canvas! Hickey rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Smirnov finish him?!
Hickey bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Smirnov comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Hickey falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Hickey was out before he hit the floor!
