PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between OIiver Twist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remington Vice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vice has chosen The Arcade by Hypercrush as his entrance music. Remington Vice told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Twist closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Twist is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Vice stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vice wants it to stay on the feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Twist dives in and grabs Vice's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vice pushes down on Twist's head and hops out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Twist looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Vice leaves Twist with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
