PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Murdoch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TJ Sommers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Murdoch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, TJ Sommers!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sommers doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Sommers fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Murdoch avoids it really well and circles away.
Murdoch fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Sommers throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Murdoch's waist but Murdoch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sommers off to one side.
Sommers takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sommers looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sommers with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Murdoch to score with a decent uppercut.
A left lands for Murdoch.

It looks like TJ Sommers has been cut.
Murdoch throws a shot to the body.
Sommers takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Murdoch throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sommers on the side of the head.
Murdoch flashes Sommers a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Sommers's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Sommers crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Murdoch punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
