The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Barron looks to land a left hand but Edgar moved out of range nicely.
Edgar moves into range and connects with a jab.
Edgar tries a head kick but it misses.
Edgar lands the left hand.
Barron rushes Edgar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Barron taking a breather.
Barron prevents Edgar from breaking the clinch.
Barron misses with a short punch on the inside.
Barron throws a punch but it's blocked by Edgar.
A body shot lands from Barron.
Barron escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Edgar fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Barron on the side of the head.
Nice cross by Barron.
It looks like Poe Edgar has been cut.
Poe Edgar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Edgar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barron.
Edgar throws a nice outside leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Edgar throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Edgar lands a nice shot that snaps Barron's head back.
Barron dodges the punch combination from Edgar.

Edgar throws out a leg kick but Barron moves out of range and Edgar only half commits.
Edgar connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Barron momentarily.

Barron throws a hook but Edgar avoids it easily.
Edgar looks to land a combination but Barron avoids it well.
Edgar connects with a body shot.
Edgar avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Barron thows a left - swing and a miss!
Barron is trying hard to land a takedown here. Edgar sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Barron changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Edgar tries to avoid it but Barron manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Edgar to the ground. Edgar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Barron looks gassed!
Barron takes one to the side of the head.
Edgar misses with the combination.
Edgar fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Barron checks it well.
Edgar scores with a crisp jab that stopped Barron in his tracks.
Edgar cracks Barron with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Poe Edgar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Edgar pivots, looking for a leg kick but Barron is out of range and Edgar settles back down.
Edgar lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Edgar.
Barron is rocked!
Edgar lands the left hand.
Barron is still on wobbly legs! Can Edgar finish him?
Edgar connects with a stiff jab that staggers Barron - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
