The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Barat throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gallagher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Barat swivels and escapes.
Gallagher shoots for a double leg takedown but Barat sprawls well. He's pushed Gallagher's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gallagher will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Liam Gallagher. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Barat tries to land a leg kick but Gallagher saw it coming and moves away.
Gallagher shoots in for a takedown but Barat shows good takedown defense.

Barat catches Gallagher with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gallagher goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Barat turns into him and now he's in Gallagher's guard.
Gallagher is breathing heavily.

Barat decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Barat turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Barat dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barat misses with a jab, cross combination.

Barat lands a big uppercut and Gallagher crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gallagher looks OK. Barat waves Gallagher back to his feet!

Gallagher is rocked!
Barat throws an overhand right that has Gallagher reeling! Barat follows up with more punches and Gallagher is out cold! This one is all over!
