Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juhan Ubin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martinez Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santiago is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: C'est La Vie. Juhan Ubin had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Ubin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ubin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ubin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Santiago shoots in for a takedown but Ubin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ubin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Santiago avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Santiago escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ubin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Santiago is pushing down on Ubin's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ubin is fighting to maintain full guard but Santiago has managed to sneak the leg through.

Santiago is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

Santiago might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Ubin kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Juhan Ubin.
I think Ubin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
