PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tor The Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trip Bunga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trip Bunga told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Hammer blocks the body kick.
The Hammer looks to land a combination but Bunga avoids it well.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bunga lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and The Hammer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from The Hammer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bunga takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

and The Hammer makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bunga swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and The Hammer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The Hammer clobbers Bunga with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bunga walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The Hammer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bunga backs up against the cage.

The Hammer lands a hook that stumbles Bunga back into the cage. The Hammer follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Bunga to the canvas! The Hammer pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Bunga has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
